Waters & Sons was founded in 2009 by Simon Waters as a family-run, independent funeral home; his son David has since joined the business, which remains 100% independent with day-to-day involvement from the founder.
Services include direct cremation (a simple, unattended cremation with no service), a low-cost funeral with a short, meaningful ceremony from a set starting price, and bespoke funerals covering cremations, burials and eco-friendly options, with 24-hour availability.
The company operates three branches across Hampshire — Sholing (head office), Aldermoor and Portchester. The Aldermoor branch features comfortable private arranging rooms and beautifully presented chapels of rest, emphasising a respectful, dignified and personal service.
