New Forest Funerals is an independent funeral directors and monumental masons based at Bank House, The Square, in Fawley on Southampton Water, describing itself as the Waterside's only independent funeral director. The firm arranges attended funerals, direct cremation and burial, alongside coffin selection, transport, memorials and monumental masonry, with services designed to be as individual as the person they represent, from traditional to fully non-formal.

The business was founded by partners Martin Randle-Masters and Mandie Pidgley, who met while both working for larger funeral companies before setting up independently. Martin began his career in the profession in 1991, holds a Diploma in Funeral Directing (DipFD) and brings military service experience, while Mandie joined the industry in 2007 as an administrator before training as a funeral arranger. The pair are active locally, regularly supporting Oakhaven Hospice and homeless charities, and Martin was presented with an award by the Sikh community in Southampton in 2014 in recognition of his work as a specialist funeral director.

Families are offered continuity of care, working directly with either Martin or Mandie throughout the arrangement rather than being passed between staff, and the firm also provides pre-payment funeral plans and advanced funeral wishes planning for those wanting to plan ahead.
