Healy Brothers is a family business with over 85 years' history in Belfast, founded on the Springfield Road in the 1970s by Sean Healy, who learned the trade from his father. Sean established his own independent firm in 2005 and, following his father's death in 2012, acquired D. Healy & Sons to continue the family legacy; he now runs the company with his sister Eileen and their team.
The business operates two funeral homes in west Belfast, on Andersonstown Road and Falls Road, offering both traditional and contemporary funerals, wake facilities at the funeral home as an alternative to a private residence, and personalised, non-religious service options. Its guiding philosophy is that the firm is "only as good as its last funeral," with an emphasis on service, care, respect and dignity.
