Graham Tresidder & Son, trading as Crewe & Nantwich Funeral Services, is a third-generation, family-owned funeral business established in 1977 and now run by Mr GJ and Mrs CM Tresidder, continuing a legacy built by Fred, Graham and David before them. What began as a single Nantwich office has grown into a small group of three branches serving South Cheshire: the original home at 62 Hospital Street in Nantwich, plus offices in Audlem (Shropshire Street) and Wistaston/Crewe (Crewe Road), giving the family a strong local presence across Crewe, Nantwich, Audlem and Wistaston.
The firm offers traditional funeral arrangements and conducting alongside direct cremation, and maintains its own private cemetery for families who wish to use it. Additional services include a wide choice of coffins and caskets, floral tributes, stone masonry and memorial work, and memorial jewellery and keepsakes made from ashes, with support available around the clock. As an appointed representative of Golden Charter Limited (FCA-regulated, FRN 965279), the practice also arranges pre-paid funeral plans for families wanting to plan ahead.
Beyond its funeral work, the business is active in the local business community, holding membership of the Federation of Small Businesses and the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and its long operating history and multi-generational ownership underpin its reputation as a trusted, community-rooted independent in South Cheshire.
