Gavin Palin Funeral Services is an independent, family-run funeral director based in Nantwich, Cheshire, serving Nantwich, Crewe, Audlem and the surrounding villages. The firm arranges both traditional and contemporary funerals, including religious ceremonies, celebrant-led services, cremation, burial and direct cremation, and can live-stream services for family members unable to attend in person.
The business was founded by Gavin Palin in 2009 and is run alongside his wife Paula under the motto "Our Family Caring For Your Family." Their son Jordan joined the team in 2018, and long-serving staff member Max Kelly has been with the firm since it opened, having progressed from casual work into funeral administration and directing. In August 2024 the company moved into a newly renovated Nantwich funeral home following 14 months of building work. The firm is a SAIF member and an appointed representative of Golden Charter for pre-paid funeral plans, and its team has completed training as part of the "Creating A Dementia Friendly Nantwich" scheme.
Families can access the firm's private chapel of rest around the clock, and personalised touches such as memorial jewellery, ashes-into-glass keepsakes and bespoke scatter tubes and caskets are available alongside the core funeral service.
