Williams & Co has proudly served the local community since 1851, making it one of the few remaining independent funeral directors in the Caerphilly area. Trading as ACW Funerals Ltd, the business is owned and managed by Adrian Walters and family, who continue a tradition of genuinely independent, family-led funeral care from the Trethomas premises on Newport Road.
The firm provides comprehensive funeral arrangements, from traditional and personalised services to more affordable direct and unattended cremations, described as a simple and respectful alternative. Every service is tailored to the specific wishes of the family, and the team is available 24 hours a day to offer support and guidance whenever it is needed.
Serving Caerphilly, Newbridge, Rogerstone, Crumlin, Ystrad Mynach, Risca and Bassaleg, Williams & Co has built a strong reputation for care, compassion and support, reflected in consistently high customer ratings. Membership of the NAFD, SAIF and BIE, along with a Golden Charter funeral plan partnership, underlines the firm's commitment to professional standards alongside its deep community roots.
