The branch offers burial, cremation, personalised ceremonies, coffin and casket selection, catering for celebrations of life, funeral flowers, memorials, urns and keepsakes, and international repatriation, along with pre-paid funeral plans. Office hours run Monday to Friday, with weekend appointments by arrangement and 24-hour emergency telephone access at all other times.
The branch is backed by membership of both SAIF and NAFD, publishes a standardised price list, and offers bereavement support and digital end-of-life planning services alongside its core funeral arrangements.
