The Gateshead branch, at 10 Richmond Court off Old Durham Road, is a 15-minute walk from Gateshead Stadium and Gateshead Metro stations, with free rear parking and a portable wheelchair ramp (though no disabled toilet; home visits are offered as an alternative).
The branch maintains a private chapel of rest that can convert into a small service venue, and supports services for a wide range of cultures and faiths as well as non-religious ceremonies. Offerings include attended and unattended (direct) cremations, burials, green/woodland funerals, repatriation, memorial masonry, coffin ranges, urns, transport, floral tributes and probate services. Office hours run Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with 24/7 telephone support, and a published standardised price list starts from £1,750, excluding third-party fees.
