The Martins Funeral Directors was established in 2001 and is part of the Funeral Partners network, which C&T Radmall Funeral Services (serving Sussex since 1989) joined in 2026, expanding The Martins' reach across West Sussex. The group now operates four locations covering Crawley, Burgess Hill, Henfield, Horsham and the surrounding areas, each with its own chapel for services.
The Crawley branch, an NAFD member, arranges traditional, cremation and burial funerals, including Hindu and Sikh faith funerals, alongside green and woodland funerals, unattended cremations and repatriation, with memorial masonry, coffin selection, urns and keepsakes, floral tributes, probate services and funeral stationery also available. All branches operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with telephone support and home visit consultations, a published standardised price list for local families, and a Community Fund supporting local initiatives alongside regular open days and charitable events.
