Stockman & Loram's Brixham office is the original home of this independent, family-owned funeral business, which has served South Devon for around 60 years since Pop and Douglas Loram first began in Wellswood, Torquay. Now run by fourth-generation family members Seb and Dom Loram under the leadership of Ian and Vanessa, the firm remains proudly independent, with every family dealt with directly rather than through a corporate head office.
From Holwell Road, the Brixham team arranges traditional burials and cremations, green and woodland funerals, and both religious and non-religious ceremonies, as well as direct cremations from a set starting price. Private service chapel facilities, memorial services, cremation jewellery and bespoke tributes are all available, with the team supporting families through legal paperwork and coordination with cemeteries, crematoria and other third parties.
