Stuart Foster Funeral Services is an independent funeral director based at 27 Market Street in Yeovil, Somerset, offering a comprehensive range of services including traditional burials, cremations, direct cremation, green funerals and burial at sea, together with culturally and religiously specific funerals covering Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh, Anglican, Roman Catholic and non-religious families.
The firm opened in 2018 and has quickly built a positive reputation in the local community. It holds membership of SAIF (the National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors), a body whose standards the company says every aspect of its service is held to, and also offers repatriation, bereavement counselling and pre-paid funeral plans.
The Yeovil branch includes a chapel of rest, on-site parking, and the Butterfly Rooms venue for services and wakes, and provides 24/7 response for families. Coverage extends within roughly a 15-mile radius of the Market Street office, and the firm also runs a sister branch in nearby Martock.
