Perfect Cremation, trading as Ruby Direct (Company No. 14028772), is an independent funeral business owned and operated by funeral directors Katy Ware and Michelle Peskett, who built the company around a promise of empathy, transparency and simplicity.
It offers direct cremation, ashes and keepsakes (including scatter tubes and urns), collection and mortuary services with in-house inspected mortuary facilities, and prepaid funeral plans through Golden Charter, with a 24-hour phone line and multiple ways to arrange a funeral including online, by phone, in person or via text payment links.
The company operates two full-service funeral homes, in Gosport and Lee-on-the-Solent, serving Hampshire and the surrounding area, and positions itself as more than a direct-cremation-only provider by maintaining physical premises and returning ashes within 21 days of cremation.
