Neville Funerals' Ampthill branch is based at The Old Church on Flitwick Road, a former chapel - the Church of St John Fisher and Thomas More - purchased and refurbished to house arrangement rooms, a visiting chapel and parking. The branch is led by Shona Hall, who also manages the Woburn Sands branch.
Neville is an independent, privately-owned family company registered in England (company no. 1999084), trading under the tagline 'Because there is a difference', with a reputation for trust and recommendation spanning over 140 years. It today operates nine branches across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, offering coffin and casket selection, floral tributes, green funeral options, transport, funeral stationery, memorial masonry and pre-paid funeral plans.
The firm is accredited by the NAFD and SAIF and listed with the Good Funeral Guide, and a downloadable leaflet helps neurodivergent clients prepare for visiting the chapel of rest.
