Porteous is a family-owned independent funeral director founded in 2006, now run by second-generation family members Mark and Yvonne Porteous with son Grant. The group operates six branches across Edinburgh and the Lothians, including this Blackhall location at 14 Telford Road, open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm by appointment.
Services cover cremation, burial, direct cremation and simple funerals, personalised, faith-based and green funeral options, services for young adults and children, memorial jewellery, repatriation, catering, orders of service and a 'My Funeral Wishes' recording service alongside pre-paid plans.
