M.K. Ginder & Sons is Watford's only privately owned, family run funeral directors, established in 1983. This Station Approach office is one of six local branches and chapels of rest the family firm operates around Watford, Bushey, Abbots Langley, Bricket Wood and South Oxhey, including a memorial masonry showroom.
The firm accommodates both classical funeral traditions, including glass hearses and plumed horses, and contemporary choices such as ecological coffins and woodland burials. The team are founder members of SAIF, belong to the NAFD and the London Association of Funeral Directors, and are FCA-authorised to arrange Golden Charter Pre-Paid Funeral Plans for local families.
The firm is also the Official Funeral Director Partner of Watford Football Club and has been recognised as Funeral Planner of the Year for North London and East England, reflecting its long-standing reputation for personal service and attention to detail across its branches.
