Based at Ludlow House in Feltham, the Support Centre coordinates operations across the group's branches in Surrey, Middlesex, Berkshire and West London rather than arranging funerals directly with the public.
From this location, the group manages shared functions supporting its network of local funeral homes, including administration of the company's price-match promise, memorial masonry service, legal services covering probate, wills and lasting powers of attorney, and pre-paid funeral plans, alongside the 24-hour phone service offered across all Lodge Brothers branches.
