J T Byrne Funeral Directors is an independent, family-run company established in 1989 by John and Christine Byrne, headquartered at 85 Victoria Road East, Thornton-Cleveleys. The firm describes itself as the only qualified funeral directors in Fleetwood and Thornton-Cleveleys, and one of just a few serving the Fylde Coast.
Services include bespoke funeral planning, traditional, eulogy-based and humanist ceremonies, viewing arrangements, transport, coffin and urn selection, floral tributes, memorials and memorial jewellery, continuing-care support, and pre-paid funeral plans through Golden Charter.
The firm is a member of SAIF and the NAFD, an approved Golden Charter representative, and affiliated with the Bereavement Register.
