Founded in 1909, the business is now run by the fourth generation of the family, with current Managing Director Rothgar Paintin descended from founder Augustus Did-Dell; the firm originally combined building, blacksmith and undertaking trades before focusing solely on funeral services from the 1960s onward.
All three Paintin offices offer disabled access and chapel of rest facilities, giving families a choice of local branch for arranging and visiting.
