H. Biffen & Sons is an independent, family-run funeral home established in 1920 by Harry Biffen, originally as a taxi and limousine service, before moving into funeral directing after his death in 1972. It is now run by second-generation John Biffen and his daughter Sarah, third generation.
Services include traditional funerals, direct cremations, children's and young adults' funerals, Chapel of Rest facilities, coffin and flower provision, obituary publishing, charitable donation management and bespoke arrangements, alongside pre-paid plans through Golden Charter.
