Easton & Cook was founded in 2010 by Andrew Cook and Kay Easton, a husband-and-wife team who both grew up around the funeral profession as children of long-standing local funeral directors, Frank Cook and Dennis Easton. That family heritage, spanning more than 50 years combined, shaped their approach: a genuinely independent, family-owned service built around personal, unhurried care rather than a corporate model, with a stated promise that "nothing is too much trouble."

Based at 2 Harding Way in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, the team arranges traditional funerals and advance funeral planning, and also offers an extensive range of memorial options in granite, marble and natural stone, including headstones and bespoke children's memorials. Support is available around the clock, reflecting a practice built on continuity from one generation of funeral directors to the next and a commitment to treating every family with dignity and respect across a range of budgets.

Easton & Cook is an appointed representative of Golden Charter Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 965279), and is a member of SAIF. As a small independent, the firm publishes its standardised price list in line with CMA requirements, giving families clear costs from the outset.
