D Hollowell and Sons is an independent, family-run funeral directors operating from its Highfield Funeral Home in Blackpool, Lancashire, offering attended funerals, direct cremation and burial services to families across Blackpool, Wyre and the Fylde coast.
The Hollowell family moved from Northamptonshire to Blackpool in 1984 and moved from hospitality into funeral directing after son Andrew completed a funeral apprenticeship; the business is now in its third generation of family ownership. Alongside traditional funerals they offer a lower-cost 'Simple Alternative' service.
