Birds Funeral Services is a family-owned funeral business on Loads Road, Holymoorside, Chesterfield, established in 1913 and currently run by John and Liz. It offers attended funerals, unattended (direct) cremation, pre-planned funeral options and a 24-hour helpline for the surrounding Chesterfield area.
The business acts as an appointed representative for FCA-regulated funeral plan provider Golden Charter, a common arrangement among independents, while remaining an independently owned family firm rather than part of a corporate chain.
