Owner Ray Bateman brings over 26 years of experience and is a member of SAIF (The National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors), supported by Anita Varney who handles administration.
Services include complete funeral arrangement consultations, a private chapel of rest, traditional, ecological and coloured coffin options, horse-drawn carriages and formal hearses, memorial consultations for headstones, Golden Charter pre-paid funeral plans, and 24-hour bereavement support.
Ray and Anita can meet families either at the Massetts Road office or in clients' own homes, reflecting the business's personalised, compassionate approach.
