A.W. Lymn - The Family Funeral Service Osmaston Park

A.W. Lymn - The Family Funeral Service was established in 1907 and remains family-owned by the Lymn Rose family, now operating a network of 26 offices across Nottinghamshire and South Derbyshire. This branch, Wentworth House, serves the Osmaston Park area of Derby, complementing the group's separate Derwent House office in Derby city centre (whose own coverage area extends into neighbouring Osmaston) as part of the firm's broader presence across the city.

Across its network, the firm offers traditional funerals, bespoke individually written obituaries, and pre-payment/pre-need planning, supported by affiliated businesses that keep services in-house: City Flowers Nottingham for funeral flowers, The Craftsmen in Stone for memorial masonry, and Lymn Luxury Vehicle Hire/Carriage Masters for funeral transport, including a Rolls-Royce Phantom hearse.

Staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and the group emphasises the combination of an established, multi-generation family business with the depth of resources of a large Nottinghamshire and South Derbyshire operator. (This branch's own web page returned a 403 response on a fresh visit, even though the main lymn.co.uk site loaded normally, so branch-specific staff and facility details could not be confirmed for this listing.)
