Austin's Funeral Service, Ware

Austin's has been family-owned and operated for over 300 years, running 13 offices across Hertfordshire alongside its headquarters at Harwood Park, where the family established Harwood Park Crematorium and Memorial Gardens in 1997. Trading here as Austin's of Ware, the branch opened in April 2009 in the centre of Ware High Street at number 32, and is run by the highly experienced Funeral Administrator Julie Wilkinson from a beautifully appointed private arrangement room; parking is available on the High Street and in public car parks off New Road, next to the office.

The Ware branch has a chapel of rest for families to visit their loved one, and offers a full range of funeral services, including traditional ceremonies and contemporary, personalised farewells with transportation, music, readings, floral tributes and memorial dove releases. Having served families in Ware for many years, staff have developed a deep understanding of local customs and venues. As part of the wider Austin's group, the branch also offers direct cremation and funeral plans through Ecclesiastical Planning Services.
