The Cantilupe Road branch in Ross-on-Wye serves Ross-on-Wye and the surrounding Herefordshire communities, with a sister branch in Hereford, and offers a private chapel of rest, free parking and dedicated arranging rooms for family consultations; as the branch is not wheelchair accessible, home visits are offered as an alternative.
Services include cremations, burials, green and woodland funerals, unattended cremation, repatriation, memorial masonry, coffin selection, ashes caskets and keepsakes, floral tributes, orders of service, probate assistance and online funeral notices, with the team able to accommodate a range of cultural, religious and secular traditions. Pre-paid funeral plans are available through Choice Funeral Plans (via the regulated Alternative Planning Company Limited). Branch hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a 24-hour telephone line; funerals start from £1,750 excluding third-party fees.
