A. J. Coggles Family Funeral Directors' flagship Kings Lynn office traces the firm's origins back to 1851 in nearby Pentney. John Coggles joined the family enterprise in 1980 after completing a carpentry apprenticeship, opening the original Kings Lynn office on Norfolk Street before it relocated first to London Road in 2002, and finally to its current premises at 1 Blackfriars Street in 2013. The business is now run across five generations of the Coggles family, currently led by David, Helen and George.
